Ulmod does offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our extensions. If you have any questions or concerns about the extension guides, installation service, refund terms, details of the product, demos, please kindly contact us.
If the product fails to work correctly on your site due to bugs/issues and we cannot support fixing them, we will be happy to provide a full refund. However, we make every effort to provide the best quality products and stand behind our products. We will do all our best to helps in solving bugs/issues first.
- #1. Refunds will not be granted if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes or if you simply decide to do not to use the extension. Before purchasing any of our extensions, please read all the details on the product page and check the extension demos/guides very carefully. Purchase the extension only if you're completely satisfied. If you do have questions, please email us at [email protected] or via our contact form, we will answers all your questions, to make them clear before your purchase
- #2. We'll not refund in case coding conflicts are related to any third-party extensions or any Magento 2 themes that are installed on your site. We can offer our service to fix all conflicts for an additional charge
- #3. We'll not refund any fee you paid for customization delivered and installation services
- #4. If you purchased the extension via Stripe (Visa Card or MasterCard) payment method, a refund fee will be applied
- #5. If you purchased the service via Stripe (Visa Card or MasterCard) payment method and that we were not able to implement or deliver, a refund fee will be applied
- #6. Refunds are processed only 30 days from the moment of purchase unless the copyright is infringed. Upon refund, you must delete all copies of the extension on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All the extension licenses will be terminated. Any further use of the product is an infringement of Ulmod’s copyright and other intellectual property rights!
- #7. Any refund request submitted 30 days after the purchase is not accepted. The installation services, conflict resolution, customization, and service requests delivered are not refundable
How To Apply For A Refund?
Ulmod does require you to contact our Technical Support team first if the product does not work as described at your site. Our specialists provide care, professional assistance, and consulting to adjust the software or fix the related issues. However, if that still doesn’t work, you can choose one of the options below:
- Option#1: exchange the purchased extension with any other Ulmod’s extension that is equivalent in price. If the new extension is a bit more expensive, we will offer a discount. If the new extension is cheaper, the price difference can be either converted into store credits to your Ulmod account or refunded
- Option#2: get the equivalent amount via store credit to your Ulmod account. We'll add the extension total paid to your Ulmod account (ulmod.com) as a permanent store credit. And, you can spend it to buy other extensions from our extension list
- Option#3: apply for a full refund
If you have purchased from our website, email us at [email protected] or submit a ticket to our ticket system to request a refund and provide the details of your order. We will issue the refund.
