By purchasing a product of Ulmod:

• Customer will receive source code open 100%.

• Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until Ulmod terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. Each License Certificate includes a license serial which is valid for one live Magento installation only and unlimited test(dev) Magento installations.

• A separate License should be purchased for each live Magento installation. Please read the licence agreement for more details.

• You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.

Ulmod does upgrade regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from Ulmod will get the updated versions for Free by logging in our store and go to My account>My downloadable products. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.

Ulmod offers 1 Year FREE support for all of your paid extensions. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs; customization request will require some fee (basically $29/hour for Magento 1 & $49/hour for Magento 2). We strongly believe that one year of being beside you is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site.

We also support free products, however, you will have to purchase support package for 1 year with the value of $49. To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support ticket system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive during our weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office next Monday. 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all of our products. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our product for 30 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system to request a refund. You will receive the refund as soon as your request is confirmed.
All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation, conflicts resolution, and customization services.
